Delete my account and dataUsers can only delete their accounts on the mobile site or desktop site. Users wishing to do so on the APPLE APP or GOOGLE APP may do so by choosing the 'WEBSITE' tab on the bottom of the screen and tap the '->Pickets.net' button. This will conveniently take the user to the mobile version site where the desired outcome can be completed. If you desire to delete your account, go to 'MY ACCOUNT' after selecting the 'PROFILE' button on the header of the website. Scroll down to 'LOGIN INFO' and fill in the information have your account deleted. Once the form is filled out, pickets platform assumes the user desires to definitively terminate their account. It may take up to 1 to 24 hours for the account to be deleted. If the user did this by mistake, they can sign up again after the account has been deleted. Remember, your data and account will be deleted. The users information will be matched in the system in order to proceed.

Will Social Security be requested for user security?Currently, there is no requirement for current users as well as future sign ups to submit a Social Security Number as part of the Pickets.net security process. There has been a market trend with some companies who are willing to take this next step to enhance user security to preserve authenticity but also which can better understand the user base and should any user commit to any malicious activity, such as bullying which leads to a suicide, such an action can be properly recorder and submitted. Utilizing SSN as part of the sign up process would allow Pickets.net to preserve authenticity within the community since that is one of the purposes behind the organized groups since there has been an uptrend in bots and suspicious activity accounts. Pickets.net cannot have bots since it is a pay to use platform and already eliminates that issue to begin with while keeping social media affordable since other competitors are focused on high subscription prices but do not get rid of bots, such as when marketing on the platform and accounts that follow or like are still uncertain. Pickets.net has future plans to try out other ideas that will require the user base to submit a SSN to protect the user, prevent adult and child interaction, and to keep the user base safe from over a certain age users or under a certain age from interacting within the boundaries. As far as when SSN implementation will occur, it is planned when the user base likely when other larger companies begin their implementations. The anticipated time for Pickets is sometime in 2026.
